CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION: Selection and award of qualified Trade Contractors through bidding or negotiation process for complete project scope, creation of a project schedule depicting activities and durations, implementation of construction activities while adhering to quality, safety and required independent inspections, management of informational flow between Architect and Trade Contractors necessary to complete the project and monthly review and submittal of pay requests to Owner.
PROJECT CLOSE-OUT: Completion of scope and quality of Trade Contractor work, efficient start-up of mechanical systems and official inspections by governmental agencies for code compliance to ensure the constructed facility can be used by the Owner for its intended use.
